The refurbished rooms were a pleasant surprise and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel had a key location, close to the beach and offering beautiful views. the hotel provided a variety of amenities that enhanced our stay.
From delayed boat trip times to a strict check-out time, it felt like there was a lack of coordination. there was a noticeable absence of poolside staff, towels, and drinks, which would have added to the overall experience.

I liked the island tour to see the Ibis and the rest of the (tiny) island. I thought the staff was very nice (overworked, though). The food was decent and the facilities were well kept.
It would have been helpful if they had given us a chance to choose what time to take the boat, or who we would like to ride with. That was a bit chaotic and seemed arbitrary.

The staff were brilliant and absolutely friendly, professional and efficient. The meals were excellent and catered for the whole family.
the lighting in the bedroom was too dim for reading (bedside) and there was no central light in either room

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The re-furbished rooms were modern and stylish, with a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. With its comfortable rooms, impeccable service, and convenient amenities, it truly offers a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel offered refurbished rooms with comfortable beds, providing a restful experience during my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The room was clean and the bathroom well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options, satisfying my morning hunger. the hotel provided helpful facilities, such as a pool and attentive staff.
The lack of organization and delayed boat trips, along with the early check-out time, proved to be inconvenient for business guests.

Very little, the internet and brochure exaggerate the experience, Omer the front desk manager was helpful and managed to rearrange our boat trip so we could leave early.
No " English pub" ,pool table with broken cue, no hot water,no towels,no soap, no shampoo, no bodywash everything you would expect from a 4 * hotel. We were in the apartments which we paid extra for, we had to walk throught dusty desert to get to the pool and main hotel. Why have an apartment with no plates, no cutlery, no pots and pans and no shop to buy any ingredients for cooking. The furniture was shabby and the air conditioner was right above our head in the bedroom. We had search for someone to get us a drink.

The re-furbished rooms, the bed was quite comfortable
Lack of any kind of organisation, from boat trip times to check-out, to lack of any poolside staff/towels/drinks/etc...we were delayed by one hour on the way there, and we were asked to check out at 10am (the opposite of a late check-out!), while the boat was only ready at 12 noon.

The recently renovated rooms were the best part of our stay. The bed was super comfortable giving us a great night's sleep. the location was perfect with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.
The organization of the hotel was lacking. There was a lack of poolside staff and amenities such as towels and drinks.
